The Team Manager serves as the vital bridge connecting upper-level management with team members. They function as the guardians of performance goals, ensuring they are achieved and that team members adhere to established policies and procedures. The Team Manager ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.
Management
- Representation of talent and meeting their individual Sales goal
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Conduct training for new employees within the organization.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings.
- Hold weekly meetings with the Director of the division.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members under supervision.
- Share valuable tips and strategies with team members.
- Take the lead in quarterly team goal setting and initiatives related to sales and recruitment.
- Offer a strategic plan for coaching and nurturing the development of each team member.
Operations
- Approving vacations of their team members and making sure they follow the vacations protocols.
New Hires
- Conduct unit training sessions twice a week for a duration of five weeks.
- Provide guidance and training to new team members during their call #1.
- Be included as a CC recipient in communications involving new staff within the department for a certain period.
Performance Review
- Oversee and carry out performance reviews.
P&C Responsibilities
- Comprehend each point and review the handbook with every team member and new hire.
- Ensure that all team members strictly adhere to Dulcedo's processes, procedures, and policies.
- Inform and clarify company policies to team members.
- Authorize Time Off requests in Bamboo, ensuring adherence to the Time Off Policy.
- Contribute to the annual salary reviews and lead the meeting.
- Raise concerns by flagging to P&C or your Director team members when necessary.
- Contribute to the progressive discipline and deliver warnings when required.
- Participate in the hiring process for new team members, including reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
- Provide feedback to team members, whether positive or negative, as needed.
- Attend one monthly meeting with the P&C Manager.
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in all company-hosted events and actively support and engage in initiatives organized by the board of directors, including chat clubs, social clubs, and more.
