Salary potential: £80,000 a year (OTE)

Location – Cambridge/ North East London

This Sales Team Leader role comes with basic salary as well as an uncapped commission scheme.

As a guideline, our top performers usually earn more than £80,000! Successful Sales Team Leaders can typically earn between £50,000 and £65,000 per year.

Due to our continuous growth, we are now looking for experienced Sales Team Leaders to join our Company with the purpose of managing one of our field sales teams and lead them to success.

Your mission as a Team Leader:

  • Build and lead your sales team oversee their performance and execute the sales plan.
  • Demonstrate accountability by achieving not only your individual sales targets but also those of your team.  
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment where everyone feels valued and motivated giving them contact feedback to improve and excel.
  • Demonstrate the core values of Verisure and the company DNA - Live and breathe the Verisure Culture, as a key fundamental pillar of the Company
  • Provide coaching, guidance and support in the team to help them to achieve monthly targets.
  • Convert warm leads provided into a sale and create opportunities for additional sales through referral generation. On average our call centre provides between 6 and 7 warm leads per month.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize self-sales opportunities and build your own network whilst generating referrals from existing clientele.
  • Ensure your team represent the brand and are fully compliant, working within company guidelines and policies.

We will provide you with warm leads + sales tools + continuous training to help you achieve your monthly sales target! Also, you will always have the support of your Branch Manager.

Requirements from a Sales Team Leader:

  • Previous F2F Sales experience (2-3 years minimum)
  • Cold canvassing experience is a plus
  • Previous Team Management, Sales Manager / Sales supervisor experience (>5 people)
  • Commercial attitude and passion for sales.
  • Have a full manual driver’s license.

Skills needed:

  • Previous experience in car sales, canvassing, retail, or sales leadership roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others to reach their full potential.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, needs, and profiles.

Additionally, if successful you will be required to undergo a DBS check (cost absorbed by Verisure)
