Job Summary
This Position Is Responsible For Providing Timely And Accurate Support To Our Claimants, Policyholders, And The Claims Department. Plan, Mentor, Organize And Coach Activities Within The Claims Unit And Ultimately Be Responsible For The Quality Of Work, Productivity And Service Of Up To 12 Claims Examiners.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of group disability claims experience.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to function with limited supervision.
- Proven ability to work well in a high visibility, public-oriented environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to actively engage in sales presentations, customer meetings and/or otherwise represent the Company to the public.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$54,800.00 - $121,100.00
