About the role: 

The Enterprise Team Leader will lead a team of developers working on projects from the enterprise backlog and help resolve production issues for Altium 365 enterprise customers.

 A day in the life of our Enterprise Team Leader

  • Leading and managing an engineering team and projects
  • Collaboration with both Altium's and customers' engineering teams
  • Investigating and resolving performance issues and specific cases
  • Writing and reviewing code (50% of the time)
  • Collaboration with:
    o Enterprise customers
    o Customer Success
    o Product Managers
    o Quality Assurance
  • Overseeing daily team operations
  • Contribution to the full software development lifecycle

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience within team and project leadership
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • Experience working in reputable companies with international teams
  • Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude.
  • Technical skills:
    o Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language (.NET framework,
    .NET Core, REST API, etc.).
    o Resolving production issues (analyzing application logs, crash dumps, tracing,
    etc.)
    o Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations
