Your Role in Our Story:
With special on supply chain traceability and sustainability, you will coordinate the sustainability certification system applicable to the physical flows of all products and materials, to ensure high quality service, delivery, and certification needs at optimized cost and in a safe environment. Support in maintaining compliance with HSQES processes within business units, incl. planning and conducting internal and external audits with the compliance manager and support for the further development of sufficient and effective auditing processes with focus on sustainability certification schemes (ISCC EU, REDCert, RSB, etc.) In essence, your role involves:
- Data Management for product movements: verify and manage data links between Operational movements (physical) and sustainability transactions (mass balance).
- Supply Chain Analysis: analyse transaction data of PoS within the supply chain for reporting and optimization.
- Trading & management dashboards: ensure data flows into the reports to assist trading and management reporting. Also to generate reports for internal and external use for sustainability and product management data.
- As dictated by regulatory requirements, external sites or service providers and internal processes such as ACT’s Sustainability and Quality Management System.
- Trainings.
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
- An academic degree, with advanced qualification (e.g. Master’s) being highly desirable.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a relevant field, with proven success in fuel and/or energy sustainability (preferably within the gaseous market), sustainability certification management systems, leadership are essential. Working with products management in energy, oil & gas, or logistics is a plus!
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal (knowledge of other European languages is an advantage).
- A team player in business-oriented professional experienced in working with multicultural and multifunctional teams and customers.
- Strategic thinker – Execute sustainability strategy action plans while engaging the organization, customers and external stakeholders along.
- Able to navigate complex business environments, manage risks, and use performance indicators to enhance operations.
