We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to guide our development team in delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will combine strong technical expertise with excellent leadership skills to mentor developers, architect solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred, preferably in a quantitative or technical field
- At least 5 - 7 years of relevant professional experience as Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring framework, RESTful Microservices, Postgres
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
It would be great if you also had
- Experience in DevOps practices or managing infrastructure.
- Prior experience in hiring or team scaling.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Lead and mentor a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product managers, tech partners, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and scope.
- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.
- Perform code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce best practices in software development.
- Monitor team performance, set goals, and support professional development.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team toward effective solutions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and milestones.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
About the Team
The existing team is spread across India with strong technical and analytical skills. We have a great skill set in Java, Spring boot, Angular, Node.js, Elasticsearch, AWS services to name a few of the Tools and technologies. You would be part of large Tech Group responsible for delivering world class products and innovative solutions in the field of Lifesciences & Healthcare.
