YOUR CHALLENGE:

You will be tasked with a dual focus on both individual sales achievements and team leadership. This role involves prospecting for new clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals to fulfill personal sales targets. As a team leader, you will provide mentorship and support to your sales team, guiding them to achieve their own targets and aligning their efforts with organizational sales strategies. You will be required to manage the sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and working cross-functionally with departments like Marketing, Product, and Operations to align objectives. As the Team Lead, you will also resolve client and team issues through effective problem-solving and escalation handling.

  • You are a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong knack for leadership.
  • Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build solid relationships with clients and effectively mentor and coach your team members to achieve their full potential.
  • As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team's strategy, setting sales goals and objectives, and developing plans to achieve them. 
  • You will also be tasked with recruiting, training, and retaining top sales talent, as well as conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to help your team members grow and improve.
  • Your strategic thinking and analytical abilities are crucial in assessing performance metrics and developing data-driven strategies for improvement, and you will use these skills to optimize your team's sales processes and drive results.
  • You expertly manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting, and your problem-solving skills make you adept at handling escalations smoothly. With proficiency in CRM software and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, you ensure that sales efforts align with organizational goals.
  • As a leader, you will also be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within your team, and for making tough decisions that drive business results.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively tackling challenges, and have a deep understanding of the Americas market dynamics.
