We are seeking a Team Lead, Quality Assurance to join our team in Belgrade. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a .NET application focused on renewal process management within the IP lifecycle. Our team boasts a diverse and exceptional skillset, and we're eager to connect with individuals who have expertise in testing applications using Java and Selenium.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree, or at least 5 years of equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in writing and executing software tests
- 3+ years of experience automating software, using Java, Selenium or TestNG (or JUnit), SQL
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading QA teams
It would be great if you also have . . .
- Experience writing automated tests using RestAssured
- Experience with performance testing
- Experience with troubleshooting software issues
- Understanding of Agile scrum methodology
- Ability to reproduce and communicate reproduction steps of a defect through writing or on a video call

- Testing of code and features delivered by the development team
- Creation of automated tests to aid in testing
- Perform maintenance, upgrading, and updating existing tests
Product You Will Be Supporting
Argos is one of our core platforms for managing the renewal process within the IP lifecycle. The application leverages WCF and Web API on the backend, and WPF on the frontend. We heavily rely on Microsoft Azure and continuously integrate new cloud-based services into our tech stack. Our database technologies include MS SQL Server and MongoDB. In addition to developing new features and enhancing existing ones, a key aspect of our work involves integrating Argos with other platforms and services within the company.
About the Team
You will collaborate with a team of 10 Developers, 8 QA Engineers, and 2 Product Owners, supported by dedicated DevOps and Support teams. The team reports to the Renewals Technology Manager. Additionally, a Product Manager is assigned to the team to represent the interests of users and customers.
