Summary
This position will be responsible for leading the Document Services Final Modification team in its day-to-day Operations.  The employee will assist the Manager of the Final Modification team in ensuring all daily SLA requirements are met along with team goals being coordinated.  The Team Lead will be a first point of contact for processing escalations, production questions as well as client communication.

Essential Functions 
•    Lead team in day-to-day operations.
•    Monitor daily volumes and allocate work accordingly across multiple clients simultaneously
•    Respond to questions and provide training surrounding the Modification process.
•    Ability to direct staff support both in-person and from remote locations (including overseas).
•    Assist with document and client research for applicable inquiries.
•    Communicate information, expectations and knowledge to staff members as well as clients.
•    Plan and establish work schedules related to supporting volume.
•    Coordinate with other personnel to ensure operations staff completes assigned goals.
•    Direct support of production work including Countersigning, Notarizing and processing documents collateral documents.
•    Ensure policies as required by our compliance requirements are adhered to.
•    Help to ensure all client level SLAs are met for production and accuracy with the team.
•    Perform related duties as requested.
•    Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed. 
•    Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education
•    High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience
•    Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred.
•    1+ years of relevant industry experience required.

•    Compensation: $16.15-$20.19/hour

Working Conditions 
Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting.  The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.

Physical Demands and Activities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee rarely is required to remain stationary. The employee is frequently required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; frequently position self to maintain files; frequently moves boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.  Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
