We are looking for a talented Cloud Development Team Lead (based in Finland) to join our team and drive our cloud initiatives forward.
Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and inspire team members, provide line management and mentorship.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, and the ability to facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conflict Resolution: Ability to identify and resolve conflicts within the team and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using agile project management tools like Jira and a solid understanding of software development processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, both for the team and the individual.
• Azure Expertise: Experience working with Azure as the primary cloud environment, including knowledge of Azure services and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using agile project management tools like Jira.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Experience working with Azure as the primary cloud environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts within the team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
