A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As our Travel and Expenses Team Coordinator at our company MKS ATOTECH based in Poznan (hybrid mode, 8 days per month onsite), you will partner with our accounting and finance team to supervise the T&E team and manage and streamline our company's T&E processes using SAP Concur. In this role, you will report to our Accounting Manager, Magdalena.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Be in charge of the administration of T&E into SAP Concur system,
- Oversee day-to-day processing of travel requests and expense reports, ensuring they align with company policies and are completed accurately, on time,
- Manage a team of 2 or 3 people, be in charge of training for new hires,
- Act as an escaltion point of complex / high profile T&E issues and resolving them,
- Help to manage SAP Concur configurations and settings to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with company standards,
- Ensure that T&E activities comply with company policies, tax regulations and legal requirements,
- Generate, analyze and present reports,
- Work closely with finance to reconcile expense data and support month-end close processes,
- Identify and implement process improvements in T&E practices, lead cross-functional projects to improve T&E processes.
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration or any related filed,
- At least 4/5 years of experience in T&E,
- Very good knowledge of SAP CONCUR as well as T&E regulations (daily allowance, taxes, etc...),
- Proficiency in Pack office, excel,
- Fluent english required,
- Good capacity to cooperate with different people, team worker, problem solver and proactive leader,
- Ability to work in an international environment, working on global projects. Flexibility of hours is expected to work with our US team.
