Job Description

.Plan, facilitate and manage the preparation and review of company all types of taxes, be responsible for the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms for all legal entities in Egypt; maintains tax records as well as returns, reports and other related materials.

•Ensure all monthly/ quarterly/ annually tax reporting and tax provisions are submitted on time accurately.

•Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.; find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.

•Act as tax business partner to the commercial teams in relation to tax advisory, planning and governance, to develop and implement strategic tax planning for the company.

•Work closely with larger finance team to secure company’s position.

•Supervise and manage all types of tax audits with external or internal parties and communicate with tax authority to defend the tax position and ensuring smooth tax audit process.

•Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate its impact on our business and financial statements, and work to create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.

•Optimise capital and legal structure for the group operations in Egypt.

Coordinate and prepare transfer pricing documentations for the legal entities to ensure compliance of transfer pricing regulations.

•Responsible for tax advisory and international tax matters, including but not limited to withholding taxes, treaty applications and etc

.•Develop the tax organization in Egypt, organize training and learning with finance and non-finance team
