Job Descriptions :
- Withhold transactions subject to relevant withholding tax accordingly to Indonesian tax regulations,
- Ensure DGT form are compliance for the relevant service transaction with foreign countries who concluded double taxation convention with Indonesia,
- Review and validate Faktur Pajak before it is recorded in the system and reported to tax authority, including E-faktur, Monthly VAT Reporting.
- Return documents to supplier when required to avoid un claimable VAT from tax authority,
- Prepare tax payment proposal in monthly basis
- Complete tax report timely to avoid any Tax Penalties & Sanction.
- Prepare reconciliation on monthly basis for withholding tax and VAT by comparing GL account versus VAT Report;
- VAT WHT Equalization.
- Knowledge for CITR process & filling.
- Have good knowledge of all Tax Examiner level & process + support collection all supporting document when needed.
- Have knowledge of SAP & One Stream (OS).
- Good English communication
- Understood of Indonesian Tax Regulation (included with Wording Understanding).
- Familiar to liaise with Tax Consultant & Tax Government officer.
- Familiar of coordination with all other division
- Support for Custom side (Voluntarily Declaration – VD) calculation, reporting & compliance.
- Support Finance Reporting.
- Any other ad hoc project in the future such as support in custom audit
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any field with experience in a similar role
- Minimum 8 years (s) of working experience in the related positions and preferably has experience from a similar industry.
- Knowledge for CITR process & filling.
- Have good knowledge of all Tax Examiner level & processes + support collection of all supporting documents when needed.
- Deep knowledge of SAP & One Stream (OS).
- Good English communication, verbal and written.
- Deep Understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulation (included with Wording Understanding) for Internal Corporate Socialization.
- Familiar to liaise with Tax Consultant & Tax Government officers.
- Has deep experience to liaise with Tax consultants (Big 5) & Tax Government officers.
- Expert with low supervision in Tax Audit process & all tax matters for support Company (think out of the box when meeting in Tax Problems).
- Good interpersonal skill, initiative, driven person, has leadership skills, and able to work in teamwork and independently.
