Join us as an intern in 2025 and get a taste of the MDLZ business and the FMCG industry, while working on your professional development and growth.
This is a full-time internship in Marketing Excellence team based in Zurich for a duration of 3 months, starting as soon as possible. You will have the opportunity to work independently and gain hands-on experience, while receiving coaching and the right feedback from the team.

At Marketing Excellence we work everyday to support our 40+ markets across our European business to step up capabilities and elevate our marketing impact through:

  • brand excellence (Consumer, Brand Fundamentals)
  • innovation excellence (Strategy, Ideation, Execution)
  • creative excellence (Ideas, Production, Digital)
  • commerce excellence (Shopper, Channels)


We drive cross functional collaboration among internal teams (global, regional, local) and external partners (agencies). We drive an inspirational marketing culture, fuel an engaged & connected community, establish standards of excellence and support implementation by finetuning systems, processes and governance in the service of enabling superior consumer experience and winning business results.
As an intern in Marketing Excellence your focus will be to:

  • Support ongoing innovation capability roadmap implementation working closely with local marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Leading your own projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams on innovation excellence agenda
  • Support the team in the design of trainings on key innovation topics
  • Conducting ongoing assessment and analyses and learning to derive recommendations for concrete business challenges
  • Supporting the team with daily business


Job specific requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with the passion and energy to learn and develop in a diverse and fast-changing environment; this is the ideal way to get to know a company that is differentiated not only by its products, but also by the commitment and enthusiasm of its employees.

  • Undergoing or completed study in the field of Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Quick learner and resilient when facing new problems, enjoying the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and open to change + standing alone
  • Great organization skills
  • Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Strong ability to build interpersonal relationships & leverage these to deliver strong business results
