You will...

  • Pro-actively bring in your own ideas and expertise for process improvements such as automation and digitalization projects
  • Be part of the local People Lead (HR Business Partner) Team and support with day-to-day business
  • Take and share responsibility for different projects
  • Work on eye-level with your colleagues and manager as well as benefit from their coaching, experience and expertise
  • Collaborate with various business functions, locally and internationally


Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master studies in human resources, business informatics or social- or economic sciences
  • Technical savvy
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Trustworthiness/ confidential working style
  • MS Office - high proficiency level
  • Fluency in German and English language
  • Basic knowledge of German Labour Law is a plus
