Business Operations Intern job description:
As a Business Operations Intern, you will be responsible for managing various ad-hoc administrative tasks such as organizing promotional events, ordering samples, maintaining databases, updating portfolio overviews. You will support in-store activation projects and participate in other cross-functional tasks.
Additionally, you will assist the commercial team with ad-hoc tasks involving customers and distributors, ensuring effective communication and coordination between sales and other relevant departments, including Finance, Category Marketing, Customer Marketing, Procurement, and CS&L. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing direct customer exposure. Furthermore, you will administer sales-compliant documentation and manage relevant data in SAP, including customer master data, price lists, assortments, and payment terms.
No prior experience is needed for this position. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the knowledge required.
- MasterShopper responsibility - opening Purchase Orders in Coupa system, applying changes to POs, closing POs, creating Good Receipts, checking POs status in SAP
- Manage all ad-hoc administrative tasks which will support the team, like database maintenance, checking and sharing information about products.
