Key Responsibilities:
- Using a workflow-based proprietary system, complete title tasks and other assigned tasks using step-by-step desktop procedures.
- Retrieve, review, and upload necessary documents to multiple systems.
- Validate and rectify details on loan files; attention to detail is critical.
- Enter data into loan origination system and workflow-based proprietary system to complete tasks.
- Escalate title issue to Processor using clear communication protocols.
- Vesting and clear to close review and resolutions via workflow-based tasks
- Perform quality review tasks for peers to ensure above-average quality completion per established metrics.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience Preferred; Mortgage, banking, or financial experience is beneficial but not required.
- Familiarity and knowledge of agency and government loan programs and guidelines are a plus.
- Excellent computer skills required, including proficiency with originations systems and Microsoft Office products. Encompass experience is a plus.
- Applicants must be willing to work a flexible schedule with the possibility of overtime and weekend rotations.
- Must live within a 60 mile radius of office location in Lewisville, TX, or Lake Forest, CA
