Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance is required for the position.
As a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), you will join the CTI team, supporting core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. You'll be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT analysis talent and expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security. You'll be applying your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, and join a team to work together with the government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
You will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads ensuring target continuity, profiling target and their activities, and developing techniques to gain additional target information. You'll maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis and identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps. You will also employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints.
The qualifications (required):
- TS/SCI security clearance with active polygraph required.
- Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets, and databases)
- In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements.
Level determined by years + experience:
Level 2:
An Associate's degree with 7 years' applicable experience OR
A Bachelors degree with 5 years' applicable experience OR
A Masters degree with 3 years applicable experience OR
A PhD with 2 years' applicable experience OR
In lieu of a degree, 9 years' applicable experience.
Level 3:
An Associate's degree (or JCAC) with 12 years' applicable experience OR
a Bachelors degree with 8 years' applicable experience OR
Masters degree with 6 years' applicable experience OR
PhD with 4 years' applicable experience
