What you’ll Do:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Taper Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will use CAD software to develop precise taper designs and work closely with a team of designers to manage the taper design queue for their assigned region. If you are passionate about design, innovation, and providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply and join our team.
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed taper designs.
- Collaborate with the design team to manage and prioritize the regional taper design queue.
- Provide technical assistance to field personnel navigating our taper design portal.
- Proactively suggest and implement innovative ideas, new features, and identify bugs in our taper design portal and workflow.
- Listen to feedback from the field, understand their needs, and work to accommodate them effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Requirements We Look For:
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to innovate and suggest improvements for design processes.
- Attentive to detail and able to accommodate the needs of the field.
