The Experienced Hire recruitment team at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP is an integral part of the wider Talent and Reward team within the People and Culture function. The team is responsible for the attraction and hiring of talent across the EMEA region for Norton Rose Fulbright across legal and business services positions. The Recruitment team are passionate about identifying talent who will shape and grow our organisation of the future.

The Role

The Talent Sourcing Assistant will support the Recruitment Business Partners and Talent Sourcing Advisors to deliver a ‘best in class’ recruitment experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You will have demonstrable experience of administration support for a busy team and be agile and proactive in your approach. With your knowledge of systems, eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills you will be part of an in-house Recruitment Team who make a significant impact on the firm through the hiring of talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the Talent Sourcing team who are responsible for identifying, approaching and selecting talent for the firm.
  • Assisting the Talent Sourcing Advisors in identifying talent through market mapping and research.
  • Scheduling interviews by liaising with candidates directly, recruitment agencies and colleagues to get availability for physical interviews and video conferences.
  • Administering testing for candidates.
  • Timely communication to candidates providing updates on their recruitment process.
  • Managing the recruitment team email inbox and passing queries onto the relevant team members.
  • Supporting the team in adding data onto our HR system (Workday) – this could include adding recruitment agencies, updating CV’s and other similar duties
  • Any ad hoc admin duties which support the experienced hire team.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proficiency in an additional European language is highly desirable as this role supports recruitment across EMEA – Europe, including France, Germany and Netherlands; Middle East and Asia.
  • Ability to work under pressure to support the team.
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and oral.
  • Strong MS office skills are essential, particularly Word and Outlook.
