As an experienced sourcer you will help us find and attract the right people now, but also think strategically on how to fill our future hiring needs.
In our Talent Acquisition team we are responsible for filling all positions within the Netherlands, including corporate positions, global & regional positions, IT, R&D and operational roles. We are looking for someone to help us open new doors.
Your role

In this position you work closely with our (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partners & TA Manager to determine the best sourcing strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

In close collaboration with our TA Analyst you collect and analyse data to take the sourcing to the next level.

You actively approach candidates and know how to sell our positions and company, to attract the talent we need.

In close collaboration with hiring managers, you improve your knowledge of our company and positions, to understand the requirements we are looking for.

You are up to date with the latest trends and are constantly looking for new approaches to help us build talent pools, build our Employer Brand and keep in touch with our future talent. You utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
What you bring along

You have proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or a similar role in recruitment.

You have a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.

You are fluent in English and either you already speak Dutch or you are willing to learn.

You have experience in a corporate environment.
