At Fugro, we are always innovating, not only in the field of geo-data collection. Within Talent Acquisition (TA), we also strive to innovate and look at processes with a broader perspective. Providing good service to our key stakeholders is central to this.

We are now at the point of literally broadening our horizons by approaching the TA process with a more regional focus. Where we currently handle recruitment locally per country, we want to see how we can deploy this recruitment more strategically and regionally to better fill positions from a central point. This means that the TA processes must also be consistent at the regional level, involving the various countries. Change management will certainly be applicable here. Will you assist me in developing and rolling out this project and thus pushing our boundaries?

You will be part of a close-knit team of 10 enthusiastic colleagues, each with their own expertise within our TA team. We all work hard, complement each other where needed, brainstorm together, and also laugh a lot.

Your role

• You will work with me to design and implement the regional TA process, with your role primarily focused on finding the right profiles;

• You screen profiles of candidates who apply through our Career website and assess whether they are suitable for the position. Additionally, you actively search for candidates through various channels, taking on an advisory role to ensure we always place the best candidates in the best location;

• You set up campaigns on LinkedIn and work on building pools for certain positions, ensuring an inclusive recruitment process;

• You build a good network with candidates and maintain contact for future recruitment needs;

• You stay up to date with the latest trends to renew our recruitment strategies where necessary and share these ideas with the Senior TA;

• You write promotional texts for new positions;

• You are a sparring partner for the Senior TA and work together to achieve set objectives.

Your track record

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working;

• You already have some experience as a recruiter/TA partner, preferably within a corporate environment;

• You are familiar with (technical) profiles within the maritime/offshore industry;

• You are social and have good communication skills in both English and Dutch (spoken and written);

• You have an eye for detail, can work independently, enjoy open communication, and are good at organizing and planning your work.
