What You Will Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Specialist to join us. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting exceptional talent to drive the company's growth and innovation. Your expertise in market analysis, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement will be crucial in building robust talent pipelines to support our initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand nuanced role requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies
- Utilize multichannel sourcing approaches, including:
- Job Posting Platforms
- Professional networking platforms
- Automated candidate discovery tools
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition campaigns targeting niche technology professionals
- Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies leveraging AI-powered tools and platforms
- Implement and optimize automated sourcing workflows using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
- Generate detailed candidate insights and recruitment performance metrics
- Mentor junior sourcing team members and establish best practices
- Develop outreach strategies to engage passive candidates effectively.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in handling sourcing needs for both tech and non-tech roles in APAC and EMEA.
- Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and creative search techniques
- Partner with Recruiters and Business Leaders to identify and understand the position's technical requirements.
- Create successful sourcing strategies through LinkedIn and other resources tailored to individual business needs and markets
- Manage candidate pipelines and campaigns
- Conduct detailed candidate screening conversations to qualify prospects across multiple roles at Expedia and to unique positions.
- Collaborate with candidates and Coordinators in scheduling interviews and collecting interview feedback.
- Handle a high volume of requisitions and prioritize workload based on business needs.
- Maintain pipeline funnel metrics and KPI's.
- Utilize our tools to provide talent market insights and data to influence decisions.
- Recommend and drive improvements that impact talent pipelines.
- Lead and prioritize efforts of diversity and inclusion sourcing.
- Advocate Sourcing best-practices to greater team and participate and lead Sourcing training tactics.
- Promote exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
