As Service Express has been growing, so have our teams to support our global expansion! As such, we are looking for a passionate Talent Sourcer to identify and engage top talent across various platforms, helping us build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Here's what this role is all about:

• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists in collaboration with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics
• Conduct market mapping to understand where to find the best talent
• Provide insights on market trends and candidate availability to inform job descriptions and requirements
• Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to identify potential candidates
• Leverage applicant tracking system and candidate relationship management tools to streamline sourcing efforts
• Create and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs
• Segment candidates by skills, experience, and career aspirations for targeted outreach
• Actively seek out diverse candidate pools to promote inclusivity within the organization
• Initiate conversations with potential candidates to gauge interest and fit
• Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, even if they are not currently applying for a position
• Attend industry events, webinars, and meetups to expand professional networks, build relationships with industry influencers, and potential candidate sources
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to assess the effectiveness of different strategies
• Provide reports on candidate pipelines, sourcing channels, and diversity metrics
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest recruitment technologies and trends
• Share best practices and sourcing techniques with team members

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates within a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools
