About the Job

In this role, you’ll identify, engage, and onboard top-tier talent across the UK & Europe, and proactively build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support future hiring needs, ensuring we continue to deliver excellence in digital transformation through multi-vendor EPR/EHR services.

You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and teams across European countries to develop innovative recruitment strategies that attract skilled professionals who share our mission, while also adapting to an ever-changing set of client requests, industry demands, and internal needs.

The ideal candidate has experience with digital transformation across Epic, MEDITECH, and other major EPR/EHR vendors, understands international hiring dynamics, and excels in communication, organisation, and time management. You’ll work closely with Nordic’s global recruiting teams, leadership, and sales directors, requiring flexibility to connect across time zones in the UK, Europe, and North America.US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilising diverse sourcing strategies to attract top talent with digital healthcare experience across various sourcing platforms and networks

  • Proactive recruitment and managing of candidate pipelines and providing exceptional candidate experience

  • Negotiating salary and benefits packages

  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with prospective and current consultants around the globe

  • Serving as the initial face of Nordic: introducing Nordic’s brand, culture, and offerings to prospective consultants

  • Addressing urgent client needs through timely candidate outreach, preparation, and client-facing presentation

  • Managing and formatting all candidate and consultant resumes, adapting resumes to accommodate specific client requests

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies

  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications

  • Maintaining communication with candidates during the interview and contracting process and following up as needed to gather information needed for contracts

  • Partnering with the Delivery and Sales teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans

  • Coordinating consultant information, requirements and applicable paperwork to secure consulting engagements with our clients

Required Skills and Experiences

  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and commensurate experience in Epic, MEDITECH, and other major EPR/EHR vendors

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple candidate pipelines at once

  • Highly organised, proactive, and motivated, with strong attention to detail

  • Capable of delivering thorough, accurate work with a high sense of urgency

  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people across time zones to meet urgent deadlines

  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information

  • Experience using virtual conferencing platforms, including Teams; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and LinkedIn

  • Ability to negotiate contract terms effectively

  • Passion for healthcare, technology, and driving positive change

Preferred Skills and Experiences

  • Proficiency in Dutch or German

  • Experience working with different cultures and across time zones

  • Prior experience working on international Epic and MEDITECH EPR/EHR and digital transformation projects

  • 3-4 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, with specific knowledge of Epic and MEDITECH EPR/EHR recruiting

  • Prior consultancy experience

  • Experience recruiting and sourcing from a variety of job boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and others

  • Experience working with CRM or ATS technologies
