Talent Partner Senior Manager
The Talent Partner Senior Manager role serves as a critical thought partner to the Employee Success Business Partners (ESBPs), Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Talent Partner, and our Organizational Unit (OU) leaders. This role will collaborate to develop and drive a long-range talent agenda and integrate key company talent initiatives into a cohesive system aligned with the sales functional business needs. With a data-driven approach, the Senior Manager balances big-picture strategy and large-scale operational effectiveness to drive the right talent outcomes and deliver business value on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize deep and broad business understanding and insights to provide strategic guidance on long-term talent priorities.

  • Partner with the ESBPs to drive executive talent management strategy, including critical role succession planning, talent planning and movement, organizational and role design, and talent engagement.

  • Identify organizational capability gaps and make recommendations.

  • Create frameworks for global consistency and business alignment on talent programs—promotions, talent reviews, succession, etc.—and support the rollout and execution of these programs.

  • Build a network of cross-ES and beyond relationships to ensure visibility and voice in company talent priorities and programs.

  • Develop forums to ensure that ESBPs and the business are aware of and activated on company talent priorities.

  • Partner with the Talent Center of Excellence (COE) to influence, evolve, and co-create global talent solutions for the sales organization.

  • Collaborate across global Talent Partners and ESBPs to ensure information flows effectively across the system.

  • Serve as a Talent subject matter expert; provide leadership in strategy alignment and deployment, needs assessments, retention, development, and succession pipeline.

  • Work with the broader ES Centers of Excellence (COEs) to surface insights that drive more targeted development programs and direct team engagements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A talent professional with a proven track record of building strong relationships and providing guidance to a growing organization in a complex industry.

  • Confident and humble, using these skills to effectively learn from and influence senior team members and leaders.

  • 7+ years of Talent Management and Organizational Development Effectiveness experience at a large, fast-paced, complex, global company with a proven history of success in leading change and influencing others.

  • Ability to contract with multiple business clients to identify and prioritize work.

  • Ability to analyze data from Talent Management processes to identify weaknesses and blocks within a talent pipeline.

  • Expertise in change management at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

  • Program management experience and willingness to drive both the strategic and operational aspects of a program.

  • Effective partnership across multiple functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Practical experience providing formal/informal executive coaching and development in all areas of leadership.

  • Utilization of Workday Talent Management tools and practices to help the business achieve Talent Management objectives.
