The Role:As a Talent Partner at DailyPay, you will play a critical role in driving recruitment efforts for our tech teams, helping to attract top-tier talent for roles across the US and UK. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop tailored recruiting strategies, and manage candidate pipelines using effective sourcing methods. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of the tech talent market, and a focus on delivering a great candidate experience.
How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Recruiting Strategy & Execution:
    • Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
    • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    • Use market insights and data to inform sourcing strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
    • Ensure a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the process.
    • Meet personal Key Performance Indicators
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to meet recruitment goals.
    • Manage recruitment processes and timelines to ensure efficiency.
    • Promote best practices and a collaborative, high-performance culture within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Hiring & Metrics:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, ensuring alignment with business needs.
    • Track and report on recruiting metrics, providing insights to improve processes and outcomes.


What You Bring to The Team:

  • 4+ years of experience within in-house recruitment, preferably within tech (Software Development) or similar fields.
  • Experience recruiting for tech roles in the US and UK.
  • Strong ability to use data and tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to drive recruitment efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for providing an excellent candidate experience at every stage.

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation in addition to stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills and internal equity.
Belfast Compensation Range
£35,000 - £45,000 GBP
