As part of our Talent & Inclusion team, you will play a key role in:

Designing and Facilitating Engaging Onboarding: Craft and deliver a positive and inclusive onboarding program that introduces new employees to nib's values, culture, and strategic goals.

Fostering Belonging and Engagement: Create a sense of belonging and drive early engagement through your welcoming and informative approach.

Supporting Smooth Transitions: Work closely with the Talent Team to ensure a seamless transition for new employees into their assigned teams.

Providing Comprehensive Knowledge: Equip new hires with essential knowledge of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, nib policies and procedures, and employee self-service processes.

Driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Collaborate with the broader team to support our DEI initiatives, tailoring onboarding experiences as needed to ensure employee success.
Let’s talk about you
With previous experience in a similar role and a passion for diversity and inclusion, other key skills and experience that will set you up for success include:

Willingness to design, develop and deliver creative and practical onboarding methodologies and experiences

Facilitation experience in both face to face and virtual environments
-
High action orientation
-
Excellent written and organisation skills
-
Ability to work and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
-
Advanced level computer skills, including Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel
-
Experience in managing multiple projects
-
Ability to travel to our other hubs (Sydney & Melbourne) when required
-
Learning and Development, and instructional design experience is desirable
