We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven Talent Management Trainee to join our HR team. Reporting directly to the Talent Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop a career in HR, with exposure to talent management, learning and development, communication strategies, and change management initiatives. As a key contributor to our HR transformation journey, the Talent Management Trainee will play a vital role in supporting annual talent cycles, driving impactful employee experiences, and integrating global HR processes into our local practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent & Development

  • Plan, communicate, and coordinate annual talent & performance management campaigns.
  • Track campaign milestones, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Generate and analyze reports on campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Change & Adaption

  • Assist in the integration of global programs into local practices.
  • Contribute to embedding new ways of working, focusing on the adoption of global HR platforms, tools, and processes.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during process or policy updates.

Onboarding & Coordination

  • Design and coordinate onboarding programs to align with company culture and business objectives.
  • Lead onboarding steps and sessions to ensure new hires are ready to contribute from day one.

HR Communication

  • Develop communication plans to ensure employee engagement during key HR initiatives.
  • Create and distribute newsletters, HR updates, and campaign materials that effectively convey key messages.
  • Partner with creative teams or agencies to ensure communications align with the company’s tone and branding.

Operational Excellence

  • Proactively manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records for HR projects.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards, processes, and timelines.
  • Identify areas for improvement within HR processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management, learning and development, or HR project coordination.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
