As a Talent Management Specialist,you will provide support to the Head of Talent by engaging in strategic cross-functional activities such as:
- Assisting with the planning, set up and implementation of Learning & Development initiatives
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of Culture & Community events
- Supporting and managing aspects of our Onboarding Process
- Providing support with initiatives to improve our employee experience, increase engagement and motivation
- Assisting with Performance Management processes
- Assisting with survey design, delivery, and validation
- Promote DEI within the workplace
- Assist with organizational certification processes
- Assist with implementing strategies to cultivate a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
What You'll Offer
- C2 level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Works well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- Culturally sensitive and committed to diversity and inclusion in multicultural environments
