We are now expanding our ambitious and high-performing Talent Management & Growth team with self-driven individuals who want to be an essential part of growing of one of Europe’s leading IT consultancies


The Role

Your main responsibility will be tech-recruiting (end-to-end), but it does not end there! Additional areas you will be working with are talent management, business development, data-driven growth strategies, university marketing, employer branding, event management, DEI, and project management based on your strengths and interests. You will be responsible for managing the whole process from the very first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, decision-making, stakeholder management and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.

Background

There has never been a time when the right people were more in demand and more valuable than today. To lead this change, Netlight rethought recruitment. Thus, the Talent Management & Growth team was separated from Human Resources and is today one of three CORE business processes of Netlight together with Engagement Management and IT Consulting. Qualifications

  • Soon-to-be graduate / graduated in 2023 or 2022
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in e.g. engineering, IT, management, business etc.
  • Verbal and written fluency in Danish and English is a must.
  • Passion for people, recruitment, project management, entrepreneurship, the IT industry and the tech community.
  • Self-driven with a genuine interest in building relations and growing Netlight
  • Experience in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, eg. sales, business development, recruitment, project management, networking.
