What You'll Need & What You'll Do

  • Talent Acquisition Excellence – Drive end-to-end hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. 
  • Culture & Employee Experience – Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that aligns with our company values. 
  • HR Operations, Compliance & Documentation – Manage key HR functions, including policies, benefits, and compliance & handle employee documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience. 
  • Employer Branding & Engagement – Build Prophecy’s reputation as a top employer through branding initiatives, events, and internal communications. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with leadership and teams to understand hiring needs and develop people-focused solutions. 
  • Process Optimization – Continuously improve HR processes, leveraging best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably in tech startups or high-growth companies. 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HR best practices, and employee engagement. 
  • Experience in employer branding and culture-building initiatives. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
