About The Role:
We are looking for a result-driven and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition Team, working from our office in Riga.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of positions, including roles based in our Riga Fullfilment Center as well as our global office and remote opportunities.
A key requirement for this role is proficiency in Latvian and English, as you will interact with candidates in both languages.
You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Printify and Printful.
Please note that this role will require you to occasionally work from our Fulfillment Center at Lidostas Parks.
Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

Manage the full cycle recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of roles across our facilities and office environments.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies that utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers regarding best practices in interviewing and candidate assessment.

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, thereby ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within our ATS.

Generate and analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in our talent acquisition processes.

Participate in Talent acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.
Your Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, managing the full-cycle recruitment.

Proficiency in both Latvian and English (written and spoken)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong ability to effectively partner and collaborate with hiring managers.

Solid understanding of various sourcing methodologies and tools.

Experience working with and leveraging ATS (Workday experience is a plus).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize recruitment data to drive decisions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
