Your daily tasks will entail:

HCM (Human Capital Management) administration

  • Executing key HR processes (Hire, Change Job, Terminate) in the HRIS (Workday) following globally standardized business processes

  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Document preparation, handling, and archiving

  • Preparing and managing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and termination notices, in line with the employee life cycle (Hire, Change Job, Terminate)

  • Ensuring compliance with local legal requirements for document handling and secure archiving practices.

Job description management

  • Designing and maintaining job descriptions in collaboration with the employee’s direct manager, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and role expectations.

Employee consultation

  • Guiding employees on basic HR administration, compensation, and benefits-related inquiries

  • Ensuring employees understand HR processes by offering clear explanations and directing them to appropriate resources when necessary

Collaboration & support

  • Partnering with Talent Partners and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and address any administrative challenges

What we expect from you: 

Education & experience

  • Completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Up to 2 years of experience in HR administration, people operations, or a related HR support role, including internships 

  • Previous experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar HRIS) is a plus

Technical skills

  • Basic understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and HR compliance

  • Familiarity with employment contracts, promotion letters, and other HR documentation

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

  • Some experience with HR reporting, data entry, and record-keeping 

Soft skills & competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and managers

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Other requirements:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR tools, systems, and best practices

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance will be considered as an advantage

  • Monthly salary EUR 1,200–1,500 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
