Position Responsibilities:
- Manages the day to day functions of the Recruiters
- Continuously improve hiring practices to provide best in class candidate experience
- Define, design and implement scalable recruiting strategies and in close partnership with a keen focus on impacting company-wide diversity aspirations
- Advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence direction
- Identify areas for automation and workflow optimization to streamline the hiring process
- Drive accountability to deliver against organizational goals across your direct team and through collaboration with international teams while increasing efficiency and productivity
- Lead collaboration and innovative problem solving across cross-functional partners to develop and execute a recruiting strategy for all business units across Central Maine Healthcare
- Utilize data to influence the overall recruiting strategy to increase effectiveness of various programs and initiatives
- Recruit personally for key positions to enable the business to meet its hiring goals
Education and Experience:
- High School Graduate. Bachelor Degree Preferred.
- Supervisor experience preferred.
- 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience
- Proven background in providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders
- Proven experience in implementing best in class hiring practices
- Experience bringing creative sourcing strategies to all positions
- Clear communicator both written and verbal
- Experience with metrics and analytics to inform areas of focus for the department
- Business acumen combined with the ability to build and develop a world class team that delivers on its goals
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Do
Central Maine Medical Center (CMMC) located in Lewiston, is a Level II Trauma Center serving Androscoggin County and the surrounding region.
