We're looking to expand our high performing recruitment function by bringing in a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our ambitious growth plans. You’ll be part of a business-critical, dynamic team, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced technology environment. You will be dealing with multiple stakeholders with varying requirements to meet the priorities of the business.
 

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • Manage and support the entire recruiting process for the job requisitions from sourcing to offer acceptance

  • Efforts include: sourcing, recruiting and developing a pipeline of top candidates matching our requirements

  • Participate with the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates

  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to drive the recruiting process utilizing best practices and strategies

  • Be an ambassador for candidates, ensuring we consistently offer a world class candidate experience.

  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics

 Desired Qualifications:

  • Ideally 5+ years as a Recruiter recruiting for a growing company (In-house and/or agency)

  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors

  • Possess expert networking capabilities and creativity in sourcing

  • Expert partnering and influencing hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle

  • Working knowledge of ATS (WKDY, Google Docs)

  • Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques

  • Willing to work on hybrid setup
