We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a Student (60%-80%) position to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the candidate pipeline, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will play a key role in identifying top talent and maintaining strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Support HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (has at least 2 semesters as a student).
- Can work at least 3 days a week (at least 60% position).
- Experience with sourcing and CV screening - big advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in recruitment, either as a recruiter or a recruitment coordinator in a company or staffing agency – big advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hebrew and English. Additional languages - an advantage
- Experience with Linkedin, Comeet, other social media platforms - big advantage
