Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Peachy is a rapidly growing wellness company specializing in wrinkle prevention through FDA-approved treatments. With locations in New York, Washington D.C., Chicago, and Austin, we focus exclusively on providing top-tier Botox treatments administered by board-certified nurse practitioners. Our mission is to make wrinkle prevention transparent, accessible, and effective for all clients.

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in sourcing and hiring Nurse Practitioners and Studio Support Staff to uphold our high standards of client care. The ideal candidate will have at 1 - 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in the healthcare sector, and preferably within high-growth, multi-unit, or startup environments. This position is on-site in Midtown Manhattan.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for Nurse Practitioners and Studio Support roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume Search to identify and engage passive candidates. Experience using a CRM tool like Greenhouse Sourcing Automation to manage and engage with passive candidates is preferred. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with company leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • ATS Management: Efficiently use Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, send offer documents, process background checks, communicate with candidates and interviewers, and more.
  • KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring timelines.
  • Data Management: Employ Google Sheets and Docs to organize recruitment data and update comprehensive reports.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What You Have:

  • 1 - 3 years in full-cycle recruiting, specifically for healthcare providers such as NPs, PAs, RNs, physicians, and/or dentists required.
  • This is an on-site role working out of our corporate office Manhattan, candidates must be based in New York, NY.
  • Experience in high-growth, multi-unit, or startup service-based organizations is highly preferred.
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, and Google Suite (Sheets and Docs) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Pay & Perks:

  • The target pay range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000/year + an annual performance-based bonus. Range based on factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications and location. This range may be modified in the future.
