About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy, leading key hiring initiatives, and partnering closely with stakeholders to attract top talent. You will take ownership of recruitment for both tech and GTM (Go-To-Market) roles, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our processes and acting as a thought leader in talent acquisition. Additionally, you will be a key driver in implementing and embedding structured hiring practices across the organization, ensuring consistency, fairness, and high-quality hiring decisions.

You will be based in New York, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement. Tuesday is the company day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, a department day for team bonding (will be Thursday for your department), and a third day of your choice. 

At Dashlane you will:

  • Lead hiring for key technical and GTM roles, including leadership and niche positions.
  • Advise stakeholders on talent strategy and hiring best practices.
  • Champion the adoption of structured hiring methodologies, ensuring alignment with company values and business goals.
  • Engage passive candidates with targeted outreach and strategic sourcing.
  • Actively drive diverse and inclusive hiring strategies, ensuring equitable hiring practices, mitigating bias in the recruitment process, and building a talent pipeline that reflects a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both tech and non-tech functions.
  • Use market intelligence to influence hiring strategies and workforce planning.
  • Develop and refine employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coach hiring managers on structured hiring principles, interview best practices, and decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring teams to drive hiring excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in all talent-related discussions, ensuring alignment between hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Track adoption of structured hiring practices and measure their impact on hiring quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, quality of hire, interviewer calibration).
  • Partner with marketing to enhance employer brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in hiring for both tech and GTM roles.

  • Structured Hiring Expertise: Experience in implementing and driving adoption of structured hiring methodologies within an organization.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Deep knowledge of proactive sourcing techniques, market mapping, and engaging passive talent.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Comfort in leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Tech Recruitment Experience: Experience hiring for engineering, product, or technical roles is a must, while also being comfortable with GTM hiring.
  • Employer Branding Skills: Experience enhancing employer brand and candidate experience

Salary Range: $100000- $136000

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. 

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners.  We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
