About the job
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist who’s ready to manage the entire hiring process — sourcing, screening, and securing top candidates. You’ll partner with hiring managers, tap into various talent networks, and make sure each candidate’s journey is a great one.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for full-cycle of recruitment: Screening/initial interview, calibration, scheduling of interview, background check, and job offer endorsement to onboarding, keeping warm of candidates

Ad Hoc - update trackers, sending of recruitment masterlist, send offboarding requests to hiring managers, respond to inquiries, and creation of reports/data

Redeployment

Partner with the recruiting team and lead to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.

Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.

Maintain a steady and updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively identify risks ahead of time and provide resolution as soon as possible.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external affiliates/partners of the company with goals to build credibility and partnership for improving yields.

Achieve individual performance specific to attendance, punctuality and schedule adherence

Consistent adherence to company policies and code of conduct
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 1.6 years experience in recruitment, and talent acquisition, specifically in a BPO set-up
-
Amenable to work onsite in The Curve, BGC, Taguig

Amenable to start immediately
