WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Contribute to establishing a successful, credible, and professional recruitment model that aligns with best practices within the business
- Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand job requirements, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and creating exceptional candidate experiences
- Craft detailed and precise job descriptions for open roles
- Define the most effective sourcing strategies, channels, and social media platforms to attract top talent
- Review applications, shortlist candidates, and organize screenings and interviews to assess their suitability and interest in the role
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and their potential contribution to the organization
- Coordinate and streamline the interview process with hiring managers
- Foster positive relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Professionally represent the organization and actively seek to attract high-performing professionals
- Optimize the use of the Applicant Tracking System and other platforms to effectively source and recruit candidates
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- 3+ years of proven HR experience, specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Expertise in a variety of attraction and selection methodologies, including sourcing strategies, competency-based interviewing, and assessment design/delivery
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever experience is a plus, but not required)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong ownership and effective time management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English
GROSS SALARY
- 2150 - 3500 Eur Gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
