In CyberCare, we provide best in class customer care for worldwide users of Tesonet products like NordVPN, Surfshark, Saily, NordPass, NordLayer, Incogni and more. 


Our HR team is growing, and we're looking for an additional recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We need a tech person, who will work closely with the AI Labs team and other back-office IT teams to support their hiring needs. Here, you will collaborate with AI experts and hiring managers who value people not just as tech professionals but as individuals who can make a real impact on the entire Tesonet group.


We can provide you with the newest tools, resources and freedom to lead the change and create things in IT hiring. On the other hand, we expect you to take full ownership of finding the right people and share your knowledge with us.

What You Will Do

  • Covering the full life-cycle recruitment within the tech area,
  • Proactively sourcing talent on job boards,
  • Organizing and conducting interviews,
  • Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs,
  • Taking a part in various initiatives for perfecting the recruitment processes,
  • Building partnership with hiring managers by sharing expertise, market knowledge, insights and by responding to their business needs,
  • Taking initiative in daily operations and taking care of hiring-related documentation,
  • Participating in other recruitment supporting initiatives and projects, e.g. recruitment training, Employer Branding activities, career fair at universities, etc.

What We Expect

  • Previous experience in technical recruiting or similar roles (at least 1 year),
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy personality,
  • Positivity and proactive attitude,
  • Eagerness to try new things and ability to think outside the box,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing,
  • Ability to work full-time.
