Job Description:
As we continue to grow as a company, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help accelerate our candidate pipeline and hiring capabilities. We are looking for a an individual to be responsible for their own full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will be someone who can balance speed with quality, who cares about learning and executing best practices. We are open to both full-time and contract for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for allocated roles, including
- Creating job descriptions and scorecards
- Directly sourcing candidates and reviewing direct applicants
- Scheduling candidates for all interview stages
- Presenting offers and negotiating with candidates
- Conducting professional references
- Support the rest of the Talent Acquisition team as needed with their roles
- Participate in Talent Acquisition and broader People & Culture projects and initiatives
Requirements and Skills:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Previous experience doing direct sourcing
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven and a strong problem-solver
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Must have previous in-house recruitment experience; previous experience in a scaling SaaS organization strongly preferred
