Role:
Healthcare experience required. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruitment, selection and hiring of all candidates for the Company and all of its affiliates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works proactively with managers to identify and fulfill their staffing needs.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma/GED required; College degree strongly preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of sourcing or recruiting and hiring experience
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Competent understanding of current employment laws at the local, state and federal levels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate; proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software
• Consulting and collaboration skills. Interdepartmental sensitivity
• Ability to plan, initiate, administer, and evaluate recruitment programs
• Work under moderate supervision, exercising like amount of discretion and independent judgment

Job Responsibilities:
• Meets with managers to identify staffing needs and objectives, review job descriptions and position details.
• Sources candidates through contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, outside recruiting partners, job fairs, direct mailers, social media, and internet sites.
• Screens candidates via telephone to ensure they meet Company and job requirements and schedules qualified candidates to interview with hiring managers.
• Manages hires through the full life cycle recruiting process in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Calculates experience and make offers to candidates that managers select for hire, transitioning them seamlessly to the HR Service Center for onboarding. Maintains regular follow-up with candidates.
• Provides new manager training regarding the interview and selection process and use of the Applicant Tracking System.
• Assists with budget preparation, finding cost effective means of recruiting, and reviews invoices related to hiring staff.
• Assists with weekly and monthly recruiting reports and metrics.
• Maintains working knowledge of applicable employment laws, trends and processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
