For our team in Skopje, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help shape an excellent candidate journey and enthusiastically approach potential colleagues across EMEA.
JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Recruiter who can find the right talent to help grow our teams in EMEA.
Recruiters at DEPT® are more than recruiters, they are business partners who can advise hiring managers about their hiring needs. As a Recruiter, you are responsible for helping us find the right candidates for various positions within our organization. You are the first point of contact for the candidate on the one hand and the hiring manager in your business team on the other. DEPT® is growing incredibly fast, and it's your job to contribute to this by finding the right people and building teams that can contribute to our growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review applications, screen resumes, and assess candidates' qualifications for various positions within the organization.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and remotely, to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
  • Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and management teams to understand their recruitment needs and align candidate profiles accordingly.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to successful candidates.
  • Devise and implement effective strategies to attract passive candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, with a strong track record of success in attracting and selecting top talent in the tech or media industry.
  • Familiarity with the EMEA Market and experience working within this region.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • A proactive individual who stays updated with market trends and creates talent pools based on market insights.
  • Experience in setting up, preparing, and conducting comprehensive job interviews, ensuring a thorough assessment of candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers and operational directors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline processes.
