This role resides within our Technology Business Unit, based in the vibrant city of Skopje. Our spacious office hosts a diverse team of over 100 skilled professionals across four core disciplines: Technology, Data, Motion Design, and Marketing. JOB PURPOSE

We are looking a Talent Sourcer who can find the right talent to help grow our teams in EMEA.

As a Talent Sourcer, you are responsible for helping us find the right candidates for various positions within our organization. You are the first point of contact for the candidate on the one hand and the hiring manager in your business team on the other.  DEPT® is growing incredibly fast, and it's your job to contribute to this by finding the right people and building teams that can contribute to our growth. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Devising and implementing ways to attract passive candidates;
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates to quickly fill positions;
  • Locate the perfect profiles for the specific roles.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience with talent sourcing;
  • Experience with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter as a tool;
  • Proven experience in placing candidates in in-house positions up to senior and lead level;
  • Someone who likes to know what's going on in the market and creates talent pools based on that;
  • Someone who gets energised by working closely with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and operational directors.
