Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in handling the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles. This individual will be working directly with a Talent Acquisition Lead or Partner. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending top talent, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining high standards of data integrity throughout the process.

This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager or Talent Acquisition Lead. This position is a hybrid role and report to the Somerville, MA office 3 times per week.    


Responsibilities: 

  • Execute the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding across various functions. ]
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, maintaining timely communication and delivering constructive feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers by understanding their unique needs, setting clear expectations, and providing consistent updates throughout the recruitment process.  
  • Guide stakeholders through the recruitment process by offering expertise on candidate selection, role alignment, and competitive compensation strategies. 
  • Take ownership of assigned sourcing projects, develop targeted strategies to identify passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Identify and engage with top talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Handshake, Circa, Indeed, and other networking platforms), with a focus on building diverse pipelines. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company and legal standards. 
  • Proactively integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices into all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to mitigate bias and ensure fair, inclusive hiring decisions that align with the company’s commitment to building a diverse workforce. 
  • Consistently achieve or exceed key recruiting performance metrics, including hires, time-to-fill, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate.  
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the recruitment process. 
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and pipeline effectiveness, and present data-driven insights to improve hiring processes. 
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, including EEOC and OFCCP regulations. 

 Basic Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.  
  • Experience in recruiting preferred, preferably in a fast-paced or growing environment. 
  • Strong sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools, a plus. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting. 
  • Experience maintaining data integrity in ATS (Greenhouse preferred) or HR systems.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates alike. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
