Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrates expertise and understanding of talent acquisition principles.
  • Knows and uses well the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of clinical and nonclinical recruitment.
  • Intermediate to advanced technical knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be a people orientated individual, with enthusiasm to fill jobs and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Proven successful skills in a proactive approach to Recruiting.
  • Ability to plan and control projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively dealing with internal and external clients.
  • Adapts services or processes to meet the clients’ needs.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruits and refers qualified internal and external applicants for posted positions, as part of the recruiting process.
  • May conduct phone screening as necessary
  • Responsible for extending job offers and initiating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Counsels with prospective and current employees regarding employment procedures, processes and activities.
  • Works to develop pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Complies and reports confidential and statistical data.
  • Understands, applies, supports and facilitates system and department policies, procedures and standards and provide input to budgetary needs.

  • There are no supervisory or lead responsibilities associated with this position.

Physical Demands/Conditions:

  • The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
