Job Description: 

As we continue to grow as a company, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help accelerate our candidate pipeline and hiring capabilities.   We are looking for a an individual to be responsible for their own full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles across the organization.  The ideal candidate will be someone who can balance speed with quality, who cares about learning and executing best practices. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for allocated roles, including 
  • Creating job descriptions and scorecards
  • Directly sourcing candidates and reviewing direct applicants
  • Scheduling candidates for all interview stages
  • Presenting offers and negotiating with candidates
  • Conducting professional references
  • Support the rest of the Talent Acquisition team as needed with their roles
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition and broader People & Culture projects and initiatives 

Requirements and Skills: 

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Previous experience doing direct sourcing 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven and a strong problem-solver
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Must have previous in-house recruitment experience; previous experience in a scaling SaaS organization strongly preferred
