Your mission:
You will closely cooperate with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to continuously build our fast-growing Pricefx team. As our Pricefx culture ambassador and "face of the company," you will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing through screening and interviewing to recommending the best candidates.
You will be in charge of:

  • Cooperate with Hiring Managers to create truthful and engaging job descriptions, establish interviewing criteria, and recommend hiring strategies
  • Build talent pipelines by using creative sourcing methods internally and externally (posting on social media, job boards, events, approaching passive candidates, employee referral programs, etc.)
  • Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool, and recommend the best candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
  • Champion Pricefx Employment brand and drive strategic initiatives through Builtin Chicago, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other social media (in cooperation with our Marketing department)
  • Create and execute People & Culture Marketing initiatives to increase awareness of the Pricefx brand
  • Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends, and recruitment standards.


What should you have to succeed:

  • Experience with sourcing, screening, hiring practices, preferably for software/IT roles
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing, multinational environment
  • Creative and innovative attitude
  • Proficiency with a variety of job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and popular social media platforms
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to promote Pricefx culture and open roles to potential candidates with a passion
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Team player, and friendly attitude
